Company Overview: Our eCommerce company is growing quickly and we are looking to hire an Virtual assistant to help with our growth. Our business is focused on Amazon’s FBA program where we buy products at wholesale from brands and distributors and resell them on Amazon for a profit.
Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
Sending a minimum of 30 Personalized outreach emails per day to potential suppliers.
Managing and responding to all incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
Conducting research to identify new suppliers and brands to reach out to and work with.
Making calls to suppliers or other companies using a company-provided number (good English speaking & understanding skills are essential).

Maintaining organized records of all communications and research findings.
Reviewing Product Catalogs (Potentially)
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Friendliness and ability to manage and create strong relationships.
Ability to make professional phone calls.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
No prior experience is needed, but may be preferred. We provide comprehensive training for all aspects of the role.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with the following programs is not required but is may be desired:
Keepa
Seller AMP
SmartScout
Google Sheets
Work Hours: This is a typically a full-time position. Working times can be flexible, but candidates must be able to work primarily during EST time frame hours.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary that will come with raises overtime along with incentives and bonuses based on performance. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
