Virtual Assistant for Etsy Drop-Shipping / POD Store

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VA to manage an Etsy drop-shipping / POD operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing profitable products, managing multiple niche storefronts, and utilizing third-party softwares to streamline operations. This role demands a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with customers, prevent and handle account suspensions, and proficiently run paid advertising campaigns on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing:
– Identify and source profitable products suitable for our Etsy storefronts.
– Identify reliable suppliers for these products.

Storefront Management:
– Manage multiple niche Etsy storefronts, ensuring they are updated and running efficiently.
– Utilize third-party Etsy software (e.g., AutoDS) to automate and optimize store operations.

Customer Communication:
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
– Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure positive store ratings.

Account Management:
– Implement strategies to avoid account suspensions.
– In the event of an account suspension, take immediate action to address and resolve the issue.

Advertising and Marketing:
– Execute effective paid advertising campaigns on Etsy.
– Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve reach and conversion rates.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sourcing profitable products for online stores.
– Demonstrated experience in managing multiple niche storefronts on Etsy.
– Proficiency in using third-party softwares.
– Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
– Experience in dealing with account suspensions.
– Skilled in running and optimizing paid ads on Etsy.

Additional Skills:
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
– Familiarity with SEO best practices for online stores is a plus.

Other Requirements:
– Must be able to use Discord to communicate.
– Must be proficient with Google Sheets for data management.
– Must agree to use a time/activity tracking software (Screenshot Monitor).
