*About Sundays*
Sundays is a new personal assistant service for families. Our goal is to give parents more time to be present by taking tasks off of their plates. We’re building a team to help complete these tasks, while creating systems to be more efficient and personalized.

We’re looking for our first virtual assistant to join our team! This role has a huge opportunity for growth over the next year.

*The role*
– Researching tasks for families online, e.g. “what activities around this area are good for 3-year-olds on weekends?”
– Executing tasks – registering for classes, booking flights, etc.
– Communication with vendors over text, email, and occasionally phone
– Communication with families over text, email, and occasionally phone
– Manage calendar and scheduling

While the core of the role today is completing tasks, we are looking for someone who can help us grow through creative problem solving:
– Helping store research in a reusable way for future tasks
– Creating processes for how to execute different types of tasks well
– Giving feedback on product & process
If successful, this role could grow to helping build out a PH based team and/or managing client relationships

*Who you are*
We look for individuals who are curious, empathetic, organized, with a high level of integrity, and strong work ethic. We consider virtual assistants a true part of our team. This will be a full-time, remote (work from home) role.

Requirements:
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Computer with minimum 8GB RAM.
– If Laptop, Core i5 or better or any generation AMD Ryzen series.
– If Desktop, Ryzen 5 3000 series and above, if Core i3 – 10th generation or higher
– Internet connection 10 MB/s minimum.
– Ability to join video calls.
– Willing to work hours that overlap with US timezones; starting at 5/6am Philippine Standard Time
– Familiarity with Google (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar) and Microsoft Office

Nice to have:
– Experience in the hospitality industry or building client relationships
– Prior experience as a VA
