Are you a skilled and passionate assistant ready to join our fun fashion production company? We are looking for someone to help us expand! We offer flexible hours!

We are a fashion production company that until now has done things very old fashioned. We are looking to modernise our service and grow! We need you to come on board and helpl.

We are looking for someone to join our team who is an expert in shopify and all things E-Commerce. Customer service or/and Graphic Design skills are a big bonus. No coding is needed, as long as you are a fast learner and happy to put in the work

Job Responsibilities
1. Assisting in developing new online webstore* no coding needed
2. Maintaining webstore
3. Assisting with product creation and digital imagery
4. Assisting with Social Media-Webstore Integration
5. Personal and Virtual Assistant/Admin
5. Additional Business related tasks
6. Customer Service

Technical Skills
– Shopify
– Adobe
– Social Media Ads/Tools (Optional)

Soft Skills
– Hard Working and Honest
– Pays attention to details
– Follows instructions
– Is able to take initiative

Basic Skills
In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in them, but you need to be familiar.
– Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel
– Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar
– Websearch Engines like Google and BING
– OpenAI/Chat Gpt (This can be taught to you if not currently known)
– Communication Apps like Whatsapp, Skype, FB Messenger, Google Meets/Hangout
– Project Management Tools
– Time Management Tools

Desired Technical Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone to grow with us and dont expect you to know everything already. If you have any of these skills this will put you in a very good standing to be hired
1. SEO
2. Video Editing
3. Social Media Management/Marketing
4. Email Marketing

Salary
The salary is negotiable, based upon whether you will be working part time (200-250$) or full time (up to 650$). If you are able to cover most of the job description and are happy to take on more jobs then then it is more than likely you may be able to work full time.

Work Schedule and Holidays
This is a part time or full time roll. Holiday leave and sick leave can all be discussed at a later stage before on boarding. You will need to be available for 45 mins per working day for a breif of the days tasks. However the working hours are flexible to a certain extent.
