We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our financial services business. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with various marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, scheduling appointments, handling social media posts, and running targeted advertisements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
Answering Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and prospects, addressing their inquiries, providing general information about our financial services, and directing them to the appropriate department or individual as necessary.
Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments for our loan officers and credit repair specialists, ensuring that the appointments are properly coordinated, documented, and followed up on.
Social Media Management: Develop and maintain an active presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create engaging and relevant content, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media trends and analytics.
Ad Campaign Management: Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of targeted digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and record keeping to ensure smooth operations within the business. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, update contact information, and manage leads effectively. Ensure that all client information is entered accurately and maintained confidentially.
Research and Reporting: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. Prepare reports and summaries based on the gathered data to support decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.
Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly business and personal loans, credit repair services, and related regulations is desirable.
