Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Full-time Assistant to join our team and support player interactions, account management, and brand growth initiatives. As a Full-time Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to player support, account management, and social media engagement. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The workload may remain consistent, but specific responsibilities may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities:

Player Support:
Respond promptly and professionally to potential players, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.
Create demo accounts for potential players within a time frame of 15 minutes.
Assist paying players by creating and verifying their accounts upon deposit confirmation via email and web receipt.
Load funds into players’ accounts after verifying successful deposits.
Exercise caution and vigilance to identify and prevent fraudulent payment confirmations from scammers.
Social Media Engagement:
Utilize TikTok platform to promote and enhance the company’s brand.
Post engaging content, like relevant posts, and comment on TikTok to increase brand visibility and reach.
Consistently post on Reddit each day to foster brand growth and community engagement.
Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in account management processes.
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Reddit, and understanding of effective engagement strategies.
Ability to adapt and handle changing responsibilities on a weekly basis while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
