We are a small but ambitious digital marketing agency specialising in SEO and paid advertising for the home improvement and local residential contractor industry.

I (the owner) am located in Perth, Western Australia.

With a long-term goal of expanding our team to 10 members and servicing 50 clients at all times, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our growing team.

Requirements:
0. Minimal experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must
1. Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail (a touch of OCD is a plus)
2. Strong ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to details
3. Reliable utility supplies at home (electricity, internet, etc.) to ensure continuous work without outages
4. A strong drive to learn and improve, with a humble and coachable attitude

Key Responsibilities:
1. Creating and building websites using WordPress (and other web build software)
2. Managing multiple social media accounts
3. Graphic design tasks for social media posting
4. Blog post writing for client websites
5. Data entry and miscellaneous administrative tasks
6. Assisting in tracking and completing spontaneous tasks and ideas as assigned

Skills
1. (Essential) Basic web research using any tools (eg: AI/ Google/ Youtube/ Reddit/ Forum etc.)
2. (Essential) Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, email applications, social media platforms, communication apps (e.g., Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom), etc.
3. (Not essential but good to haves) Experience in using AI tools – chatGPT, Claude, other paid AI tools such as Jasper, Submagic, 11lab, etc.
4. (Not essential but good to haves) Experience in building websites with WordPress and maintaining a website
5. (Not essential but good to haves) Experience in basic to intermediate graphic design using tools like Canva
6. (Not essential but good to haves) Experience in managing (creating, updating & posting) social media accounts – FB, Youtube, Linkedin, IG, GBP

Our Commitment:
This is not a short-term gig; we are looking for a long-term virtual assistant who can grow with us over the next 5-10 years.

Full-time Position:
– Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day (9 AM to 4:30 PM GMT+8, flexible hours can be discussed)
– Qualify for 5 paid vacation leaves and 5 paid sick leaves after a 6-month probation period
– All public holidays in the Philippines are honored

Part-time Position:
– 15-25 hours per week
– Qualify for 2.5 paid vacation leaves and 2.5 paid sick leaves after a 6-month probation period
– All public holidays in the Philippines are honored
