Virtual Assistant for Growing Etsy Online Business

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team and support the growth of our online business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a remote position, and the candidate should be comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

Product Listings and SEO:

Conduct keyword research for SEO optimization.
Create and optimize 2 to 3 daily product listings on our Etsy shop.
MUST HAVE ERANK, EVERBEE AND CANVA KNOWLEDGE

Social Media Management:
Maintain an active presence on social media platforms (Instagram and Pinterest).
Create engaging content related to our products using different platforms like Canva.

Email Correspondence:

Create and manage an automated Email system to increase sales.

Administrative Tasks:
Collect and analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Create reports summarizing key performance indicators.

Research Assistance:

Conduct online research for market trends, competitor analysis, and potential collaborations IS A MUST.
Compile information and present findings in a structured format (documentation sheet provided).

Task Follow-up and Reminders:

Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines to ensure completion.
Send reminders and notifications to team members as needed.

Marketing Assistance:

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns.
Help create and implement promotional strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills (written).
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Etsy shop management.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
Understanding of SEO principles for e-commerce.
