Our dynamic handyman business is seeking a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who possesses excellent communication skills and is interested in utilizing digital tools to improve customer service. This role requires proficiency in Estimate Rocket for job estimation, customer management, and scheduling and expertise in handling customer communications through Gmail, phone (Google Voice), and text. Familiarity with ChatGPT for assisting with customer interactions and estimates is a must. An eagerness to learn and implement digital tools like Zapier, , and Airtable to optimize our customer service process is also appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:
—Efficiently manage customer inquiries and communications via Gmail, phone (Google Voice), and text.
—Utilize ChatGPT for enhanced customer service and estimating support.
—Skillfully handle scheduling and appointment management in Google Calendar.
—Operate Estimate Rocket for accurate job estimating, customer management, scheduling, and invoicing.
—Discover and apply digital tools such as Zapier, , and Airtable for improved customer service workflows.
—Employ Grammarly or similar tools to maintain clarity and professionalism in written communications.
—Undertake additional administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
—Excellent English proficiency, both in writing and speaking.
—Competence in Estimate Rocket and handling customer communications through Google Voice.
—Willingness to learn and use digital tools like Zapier, , and Airtable.
—Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
—Available to work 8 AM to 4 PM PST, equivalent to 12 AM to 8 AM Philippine Time.
