Job Description

I am seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support for household management tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle various responsibilities efficiently. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including scheduling appointments, paying bills, handling renter issues & scheduling maintenance for our rental property, and organizing various household services. Additionally, you will assist with planning events, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the household.
**Responsibilities:**
– Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar
– Pay bills and handle financial transactions as required
– Address renter issues promptly and effectively
– Research and coordinate with contractors for home maintenance or repair work
– Keep a detailed log of household issues and their resolutions
– Organize and schedule services such as lawn care and home cleaning
– Manage and organize the family calendar, including kids’ activities and appointments
– Create weekly/monthly chore lists and schedules for household tasks
– Assist in planning Jack & Jill events and other family gatherings
– Handle administrative tasks for Karma (if applicable)
– Take care of miscellaneous tasks such as car registration, ordering items for kids’ sports, etc.
– Plan and coordinate weekly breakfast and kids’ lunch menus, including grocery delivery via
– Find and hire a house helper to support household tasks 2-3 days per week
– Arrange for a babysitter to watch kids over the summer as needed
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Proficiency in using scheduling software and online tools
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and take initiative
– Familiarity with household management tasks and processes
– Availability to work flexible hours as needed
– Mastery of English (C1 or C2)
