Role Overview:
The Virtual Assistant will support our influencer management team in sourcing new jobs and brand deals, managing calendars and events, assisting with briefings, handling Instagram DMs, copywriting, and managing emails. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and organization that our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing influencer schedules, ensuring all events and campaigns are well-organized.
Source new job opportunities and brand deals for our influencers.
Handle administrative tasks such as briefing preparation, email correspondence, and social media management.
Respond to Instagram DMs and engage with our online community.
Draft and proofread copy for various communications and campaigns.
Provide general administrative support to the agency as needed.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (english)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram.
Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
Ability to write engaging and error-free copy.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
