The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support Tasks: Assist with policy changes, payment queries, issuing certificates of insurance, renewals, and other client service tasks as needed.
Workflow Efficiency: Manage and execute a diverse range of tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
Technology Utilization: Effectively use insurance-specific software and tools, including Adobe for document editing, to perform tasks efficiently.
Professional Communication: Engage with clients and team members through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, ensuring clear, courteous, and effective communication.
Requirements:

Experience in the insurance industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of insurance policies, processes, and systems.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, fluent in English, with proficiency in professional phone, email, and messaging platform interactions.
Independent work ethic, capable of making decisions and progressing tasks with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy, with a quick ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
