Virtual Assistant for Job Search

Looking for an experienced virtual assistant to support my job search within the IT industry. Your tasks will include:
– Uploading resumes
– Researching job boards and company websites – Applying for entry-level digital analyst/business analyst roles
– Sending follow-up emails after applications are submitted
– interacting with me throughtout the week using Slack i have created to track work and updates on the job search
– you will be helping me look for work and applying to certain roles
– this is a focused search filtered. I am not looking for automation and random roles..please make sure you are ready to take this task on- i want targeted and filtered job search- this will be ultimately my next career position in my life.
– I will provide a spreadsheet to use to track applications and results
– Also, VAs have used Clockify to track work time and also freelancers app tracker.
– all projects will be drawn up in an agreement and monitored thru freelancer app or similar app

Expecting this role to require 2 hours or more of your time per week. You should have intermediate experience in IT industry recruitment. For more detailed information about what I’m looking for, please message me directly.

Compensation/Time Needed:
$10 per week
2 hours per week (may increase if needed – also depends if i land a job, then i won’t need assistance anymore)
I’m looking for reliability and VAs to share updates daily with me- accountability is a MUST for this position.

Bonus:
If i receive a offer letter with guaranteed full time remote work and a position, you will receive a referral bonus up to $1000 after I sign the letter and start working. (After 2 weeks of employment)

Requirements:
-PLEASE SHARE EXPERIENCE- I would like to see tracking systems used from your past clients, if they landed any interviews or jobs, any information that shows you have completed this kind of work and would make me say, ” Yes, I feel comfortable going with this VA for this job search project!”
– Must reach out daily for checkin and status of work – i like to get updated
– Must work in est hours- my business hours are 2pm-11pm- Monday-Saturday
