Virtual Assistant for KDP Business

Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant with a proven track record in KDP-related tasks? We’re seeking 1-2 detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our team.
INITIAL TASKS:
• Submitting Book Reviews: Submitting engaging book reviews on platforms such as Pubby. You’ll be expected to complete 10 reviews per week and paid weekly for this task.
• Engaging in Niche FB Groups: Actively participating and engaging with relevant Facebook group members within the niche of our books. Must be able to communicate fluently in English in a friendly, conversational tone with no typos or grammatical errors. This task will require a commitment of set weekly hours.
• Managing ARC Readers and Reviews: Organizing and managing Advance Reader Copy (ARC) readers, collecting reviews, and maintaining records using spreadsheets. You will also be responsible for follow-up communication with readers.
• Submit progress reports weekly for your payroll.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience with KDP tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, especially when managing spreadsheets and records.
• Ability to engage professionally within online communities.
• A keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
• Effective time management skills, with the capability to meet deadlines.
• A desire to maintain high standards of work, with the adaptability to handle evolving tasks.
• Fluency in English.
