Virtual Assistant for Landing Page Creation and Email Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in copywriting, landing page creation, and email marketing to help us grow our subscriber base for two distinct businesses: the 90-Day Rebalance and Running Program, and Life By Design life coaching services.

Responsibilities:

Copywriting:

Craft compelling and conversion-focused copy for landing pages.
Develop engaging email sequences to nurture leads and convert them into subscribers.
Create content for lead magnets such as guides, workbooks, and tips sheets.
Landing Page Creation:

Design and develop high-converting landing pages using tools like WordPress, Leadpages, or ClickFunnels.
Ensure landing pages are mobile-responsive and optimized for SEO.
Implement A/B testing to determine the most effective elements on the landing pages.
Email Marketing:

Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or ActiveCampaign.
Create automated email sequences for lead nurturing and subscriber engagement.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Project Management:

Collaborate with the business owner to understand the target audience and campaign goals.
Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members as needed to ensure cohesive branding and design.
Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all tasks.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in copywriting, landing page creation, and email marketing.
Proficiency with landing page builders (e.g., WordPress, Leadpages, ClickFunnels).
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with the health and wellness industry, particularly women’s fitness and life coaching.
Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
