We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled virtual assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. We are a digital marketing agency based in Brisbane Australia and are servicing allied health clinics such as physiotherapists, chiropractors etc. As a virtual assistant, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations by performing various tasks including lead generation, cold emailing, and appointment setting. We require someone with excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure effective communication with potential clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients or prospects
Email scraping
Using linkedin sales navigator to find leads and send Inmails
Using Instagram DM’s to find potential leads
Personalize prewritten cold emails to reach out to potential leads
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
Learn and adapt to new software and tools as required
Compiling leads into our Go high Level CRM
Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
Participate in daily meetings to report progress and discuss upcoming tasks
Requirements:
Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are a must
Strong writing skills with exceptional grammar and vocabulary
Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
Availability for full-time work (up to 38 hours per week)
Dedication to this position as the sole professional commitment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience using Go High Level Go is a bonus but not necessary
