Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team at Apex Advertising. We run a marketing agency called Apex Advertising, we help Financial advisors get more leads and appointments with Facebook and Google ads.
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for connecting with new Financial Advisor profiles on LinkedIn and using prebuilt scripts to connect with profiles. The ideal candidate should have proficient English language skills, previous experience with LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, and the ability to follow instructions properly.
Responsibilities:
-Connect with new Financial Advisor profiles on LinkedIn using established criteria.
-Utilize prebuilt scripts to make first connections and maintain conversations with targeted accounts.
-Demonstrate proficient English language skills, both written and spoken, ensuring effective communication and comprehension.
-A speaking accent is ok as long as it is easy to understand.
-Navigate LinkedIn and Sales Navigator proficiently, with a deep understanding of platform functionality.
-Verify profiles with established guidelines to determine eligibility for connection.
-Follow basic instructions and guidelines provided by the management team.
-Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and responses in our CRM system.
-Collaborate with team members to optimize outreach strategies and achieve shared objectives.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience working with LinkedIn/Sales Navigator is required.
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Ability to scan through profiles and verify whether they meet established guidelines.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Understanding basic Western culture, including familiarity with sports such as football and basketball, is essential for selecting appropriate LinkedIn scripts based on Financial Advisors’ interests, hobbies, previous careers, etc.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry skills.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location:
This is a remote position. The candidate can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
