We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to support our lead generation efforts on social media platforms, particularly Facebook groups, and assist with scheduling appointments through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be proficient in social media management, content posting, direct message outreach, and adept at B2B communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:
– Identify and engage with potential leads within targeted Facebook groups.
– Monitor discussions and actively participate to generate interest in our products/services.
– Implement strategies to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.

2. Content Posting:
– Create and schedule engaging content on social media platforms to attract leads.
– Maintain a consistent posting schedule to maximize audience engagement and reach.
– Monitor analytics to evaluate content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

3. Direct Message Outreach:
– Initiate conversations with prospects through direct messaging on social media.
– Customize messages to effectively communicate our value proposition and generate interest.
– Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

4. B2B Communication:
– Collaborate with potential business partners and clients through professional communication channels.
– Conduct research to identify relevant B2B opportunities and initiate outreach efforts.
– Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business growth.

5. Appointment Scheduling:
– Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and prospects via text, phone, and email.
– Manage calendars and ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently, considering time zones and availability.
– Send reminders and confirmations to participants to minimize no-shows and maximize attendance.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on lead generation and appointment scheduling.
– Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and clients.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Experience in B2B communication and familiarity with sales processes is preferred.
