WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant with expertise in LinkedIn management and business networking. The primary role involves implementing our LinkedIn strategy and actively identifying and reaching out to potential business partners on the platform. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in social media management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
– Implement and manage our LinkedIn content calendar.
– Create, schedule, and oversee LinkedIn posts, including educational content, company updates, and interactive posts.
– Engage with our audience by responding to comments and interacting with other LinkedIn users.
– Assist in optimizing LinkedIn profiles for key team members.
– Conduct research on LinkedIn to identify potential business partners.
– Initiate and manage outreach campaigns to connect with these potential partners.
– Conduct wellness evaluation calls with the leads generated from LinkedIn outreach.
– Monitor and report on engagement metrics and performance analytics.
– Attend virtual team meetings to discuss performance, strategy adjustments, and partnership opportunities.
– Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and suggest improvements to our strategy.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role focusing on social media management and business networking.
– Demonstrated ability in using LinkedIn for business development, including partner research and outreach.
– Strong writing and communication skills for crafting engaging content and professional business communications.
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and research skills.
– Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
– Proficiency in English.
– Availability for regular virtual meetings (please specify your time zone).

Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in managing LinkedIn profiles for business networking and partnership development.
– Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking on LinkedIn.
– Experience in a specific industry related to our business (if applicable).
