Virtual Assistant for Makeup and Beauty Business

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic Makeup and Beauty business. The ideal candidate will be proficient in client management, social media, e-commerce, and graphic design. Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:
• Manage appointment bookings through our scheduling app.
• Ensure all client appointments are confirmed daily.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and confirmations via our virtual phone number.
• Address day-to-day client questions and concerns promptly.
2. Social Media Management:
• Oversee and manage three Instagram pages: Makeup, Beauty (linked to Shopify store), and Academy.
• Create and schedule posts, stories, and other content to engage followers and promote services and products.
• Respond to comments and direct messages to maintain customer engagement.
3. E-commerce Management:
• Maintain and update our Shopify store, ensuring product listings are current and accurate.
• Assist with order processing, customer service, and inventory management.
• Develop promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
4. Academy Assistance:
• Manage inquiries and communications from potential students for our Makeup Academy.
• Assist with the organization and administration of academy courses and events.
5. Graphic Design:
• Create motion graphics and campaigns for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Design visually appealing content for social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
6. Advertising:
• Plan, execute, and manage social media ad campaigns, including on Facebook Manager.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
7. Outsourcing:
• Identify and coordinate with external freelancers or agencies for tasks outside of your expertise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
• Basic graphic design skills, with experience in motion graphics preferred.
• Familiarity with Facebook Manager and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in the beauty or makeup industry.
• Additional certifications or training in graphic design or digital marketing.
