Role Description:
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who is well-versed in dropshipping. You should have:
– At least one year of customer service experience in a dropshipping environment.
– Proficiency in Shopify and its associated apps.
– Familiarity with ClickUp.
– Strong skills in Product Research & Listing.
– Experience in media buying and editing photos using Canva or Photoshop.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and resolve any issues with orders from the last 5-7 days.
– Handle customer communications and respond to inquiries via email.
– Regularly review product listings to identify and correct any errors or updates.

Compensation:
