*VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FOR SOCIAL MEDIA & EMAIL MARKETING- PART TIME*
We are a start-up creative marketing agency based in Southern California looking for a VA to assist with social media and email marketing for our clients. Our agency specializes in growing wholesale and retail brands for fashion, beauty and wellness worldwide. We provide a wide range of personalized services from branding, marketing, design, photoshoot, paid ads and more!
Currently, we are looking to expand our team with a part-time virtual assistant who is eager to learn about marketing and grow with the company! If you’re looking to gain hands-on marketing experience, this is the PERFECT opportunity for you!
In This Role:
You will work with our team to help with creating and scheduling social media content + email campaigns for our clients. Training will be provided!
Responsibilities:
Assisting in organizing marketing campaigns and developing strategies
Taking on tasks including but not limited to social media management, design work, and email marketing
Research on upcoming trends for social media & email marketing
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in social media management (familiar with social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tiktok, & Youtube)
1-2 years of experience in design (Canva, PicMonkey, Photoshop)
1-2 year on creative and copy writing (Blogs and Social Media Captions)
Fluent in English
Preferred:
Experience in E-commerce and B2B digital marketing
Job Type: Part-time (15-20 hours per week) with flexible work hours – **Potential of leading to full time employment!**
Hourly Pay: $2-5 USD starting hourly pay per hour based on current experience and potential for a hourly raise within 3 months of employment. The starting rate is based on current experience with the opportunity to grow in the role as well as the hourly rate. After the three months trial period, there will be an increased to the hourly rate based on performance. Please note, this is an entry level position with the opportunity to learn marketing strategies and be hands-on!
