We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Marketing Manager.
Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager to help balance their creative and strategic workload. Your primary responsibilities will include keeping the Marketing Manager organized, on track with goals, and handling metrics, quantitative tasks, and analytical tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our marketing efforts are well-coordinated and effective.
Pay:
Pay is between $450-$550 for 80 hours/month or approximately 4 hours a day M-F.
Responsibilities:
– Organization and Time Management:
– Manage and organize the Marketing Manager’s calendar, schedule, and appointments.
– Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are prioritized effectively.
– Set up reminders and follow-ups for key tasks and meetings.
– Reporting and Analytics:
– Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and KPIs. This includes LinkedIn, website, webinars, leads, etc.)
– Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance
– Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
– **Administrative Support:**
– Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
– Organize and maintain digital files and documents. We use both Outlook and G-Suite.
– Assist with the preparation and coordination of marketing materials and campaigns.
– **Project Management:**
– Help plan and coordinate marketing projects and campaigns.
– Monitor project timelines and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
– MUST be able to work US time zone hours. Currently it is 9am-1pm CT (can be flexible on this but need to be available during the US working time).
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in Marketing or in a similar role.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using project management tools (example, Trello, Asana) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
– Ability to track and report on marketing metrics and KPIs.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and proactively.
– Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience in a marketing or tech-related field.
– Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools, Email Software, etc.).
– Ability to create and manage spreadsheets and databases.

– Highly organized and detail-oriented.
– Analytical and data-driven.
