Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of media content, scheduling photography sessions, managing social media presence, and acquiring new clients. If you have a passion for communication, organization, and creating compelling visual content, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Utilize Spiro and Pixiset platforms for quality control and timely delivery of media content to clients.
Coordinate and schedule real estate shoots and monthly headshot appointments with a brokerage, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging posts, interacting with followers, and staying updated on industry trends.
Actively pursue client acquisition opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing support and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and expanding our reach.
Requirements:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with clients and building relationships through various channels.
Proficiency in using Spiro and Pixiset platforms for media delivery and organization (training provided if necessary).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Passion for creating compelling visual content and maintaining a strong online presence.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Previous experience in photography, media coordination, or client-facing roles is a plus.
