Virtual Assistant for Model, Teen Coach and Speaker

Do you have a knack for lead generation and outreach? If so, we’re looking for you! We’re seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to help expand our reach, book speaking engagements, secure brand partnerships, and drive enrollment in our teen coaching program.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including email, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), and targeted online searches, to identify potential speaking opportunities, conferences, podcasts, and brand collaborations.
2. Outreach: Send outreach messages and emails to contact schools, conference organizers, podcast hosts, and brands to secure speaking engagements, partnership opportunities, and influencer collaborations.
3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers, event organizers, and brand representatives to secure bookings and partnerships.
4. Niche Targeting: Conduct research to identify and target specific niches and audiences that align with our brand, coaching program and speaking topics.
5. Cold Sales Calls: Initiate and conduct cold sales calls to introduce our coaching services and speaking offerings to potential clients and partners.
6. Appointment Setting: Schedule speaking engagements, podcast interviews, brand collaborations, and coaching consultations with interested parties.
7. Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with leads and contacts to nurture relationships and secure bookings.
8. Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation efforts, outreach activities, and booking progress.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, and sales, preferably in the coaching or speaking industry.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in ENGLISH.
– Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
– Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
– Passion for empowering teens and making a positive impact in their lives.
