Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support for our business. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including website content management, data entry, research, documentation updates, email management, and more. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

Update WordPress Content on Website:

Regularly update and maintain the content of our WordPress-based website, ensuring accurate information and engaging visuals.
Website Testing and Review:

Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and function properly across different browsers and devices.
Provide detailed feedback on any issues or improvements required.
Data Entry and Image Search:

Perform data entry tasks by searching for relevant images online and adding them to a spreadsheet.
Organize and categorize images effectively to enhance accessibility.
App Download and Sales Data Compilation:

Retrieve download and sales numbers from Apple Developer Console and Google Play for analysis and reporting purposes.
Compile and present the data in a clear and concise manner.
Development Contract Preparation:

Onboarding New Hires and Account Setup:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing and sending development contracts, as well as providing them with necessary documentation and resources.
Assist in setting up emails and accounts for new hires, ensuring smooth access to company systems and tools.
Provide guidance and support to new hires regarding account setup procedures and troubleshooting.

Create and update organization charts to reflect the structure and hierarchy of our company.
Ensure charts are visually appealing and easy to comprehend.
Documentation Updates:

Assist in updating business documentation, such as policies, procedures, and manuals.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of information.
Research Support:

Conduct comprehensive research on various topics relevant to our business, providing summaries, insights, and recommendations as required.
Email Management:

Efficiently manage and prioritize email correspondence, sorting out spam and irrelevant messages.
Prepare a list of action items and follow-up tasks based on important emails.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in WordPress content management.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with Apple Developer Console and Google Play would be beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
