Virtual Assistant for Music Business

I am looking for someone to help me run my music business by helping manage my email inbox, edit marketing emails and do very simple video editing. Each task you are assigned will have a video tutorial and detailed checklist to follow. You will receive very similar tasks each day so you will be able to get very comfortable with them and become very fast.

I am looking for someone who can do part-time (3 hours per day / 15 hours per week) but eventually would like to increase the hours as the business grows.

The tools we will be using are all based in the web browser and are Google Chrome, Notion for task management, Mailerlite for marketing emails, Zoho for email management and Descript for video editing.

This may be a great fit for you if you have:

– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
– Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
– Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to checklists.
– Quick learner, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and able to improve efficiency over time.
