Virtual Assistant for Music Performance Coaching and Consulting Business
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our concert pianist and associate professor in piano who is expanding her work beyond the University setting to the online space, where she coaches musicians in achieving optimal performances under stress and attaining peak performance on stage and in daily life through the integration of yoga, breathing exercises, and positive psychology.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping launch her online program and manage various tasks and responsibilities. You will work closely with her to ensure content creation meets deadlines and reflects the quality and artistic standards she values. You will need to be proficient in social media management, graphic design, and website management. The ability to think outside the box, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines are essential qualities we seek in a candidate.
**Main Tasks / Responsibilities:**
1. Social Media: As part of the social media responsibilities, the tasks include scheduling daily posts on Instagram and weekly posts on Facebook, and leveraging social media knowledge to optimize reach through the use of hashtags and keywords. Additionally, content promotion on Instagram while adhering to platform guidelines. Repurposing content for different platforms is also a crucial aspect, ensuring it is tailored to suit each platform’s requirements and preferences. Furthermore, video editing and adding text to content provided for reels or YouTube.
2. Graphic Design: Creating logos, designing banners for online events and social media, crafting visually appealing Facebook and Instagram posts using templates, as well as designing workbooks and e-books (with provided content) to ensure a cohesive and engaging visual presentation.
3. Website management: Creating a professional and effective sales page for the business, ensuring its seamless integration with various payment options to facilitate smooth transactions, and regularly sending out engaging newsletters to subscribers. These tasks require meticulous attention to detail, a thorough understanding of user experience, and the ability to optimize website functionality to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
**Requirements:**
– Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant.
– Proficiency in social media management and knowledge of effective strategies
– Experience in graphic design, including creating logos, banners, and social media posts
– Familiarity with video editing software for reel and YouTube video creation
– Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
– Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and artistic standards
– Ability to think creatively and provide input based on professional and artistic opinion
– Excellent communication skills and a desire for continuous learning
**Skill preferences (not required, but would be a PLUS):**
– Familiarity with Facebook group management, email funnel management through ConvertKit, and using Trello for task assignments and communication (preferred but not required)
– Knowledge of creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) (preferred but not required)
– Basic marketing knowledge and skills (preferred but not required)
**Budget and Hours:**
– Working hours: 10-15 hours per week
– Hourly rate: $7-9 USD per hour
– Flexible Philippine Time with check-in meetings weekly in Pacific Standard Time.
