Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Nameica Enterprises

Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, your primary role will be to handle various administrative tasks. You will work directly under the guidance of our Virtual Manager, Robin, supporting Nameica the owner of Nameica Enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clerical Duties:

– Managing contracts and proposals.
– Handling email communications, including client follow-ups.
– Creating and managing various forms and documents.

2. Social Media Management:

– Scheduling and posting content on various social media platforms.
– Editing image templates for social media posts using tools like Canva.

3. Email Marketing Campaigns:

– Developing and sending out email marketing campaigns.
– Utilizing email apps like Mailchimp and (training provided if necessary).
– Editing image templates for use in email campaigns.

4. Content Coordination:

– Taking provided written and image content and scheduling it appropriately.
– Ensuring brand consistency in all social media and email marketing materials.

5. Website Management:

– Basic management and updating of WordPress sites.
– Implementing necessary systems and automations for business products and services.

6. Quality Control:

– Proofreading content to ensure no grammatical errors are present.
– Acting as a second pair of eyes for all outgoing communications.

Administrative Support:

– Providing general administrative assistance as needed.
– Completing tasks assigned by the business owner or manager.

8. Communication and Reporting:

– Regularly updating and communicating with the business owner or manager.
– Participating in weekly meetings and providing daily updates via email and chat.

Requirements:

– Intermediate level understanding of Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ).
– Basic skills in image editing, preferably with Canva.
– WordPress site management experience.
