Virtual Assistant for Online SPIRITUAL COACHING BUSINESS with ActiveCampaign experience
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our online coaching business. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent assistance to our coaching team. You will be working extensively in ActiveCampaign, WordPress and WooCommerce.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
– Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for coaching staff.
– Handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and manage communication with clients.
– Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, reports, and other administrative tasks.
-Setting up projects in Asana and managing the time of the task
2. Tech-Savvy Operations:
– Proficient in WordPress to manage and update the business website.
– Experience with CRM systems, particularly ActiveCampaign, to handle customer data, email campaigns, and automation processes.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website and CRM functionalities.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
– Act as a liaison between clients and the coaching team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
– Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
4. Fluent in English:
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members effectively.
5. Task Management and Problem-Solving:
– Must be able to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and problem-solve independently.
– Demonstrate a proactive and self-starting approach to work.
6. Campaign Setup and Email Management:
– Assist in writing and editing emails for various campaigns.
– Set up and manage campaigns, including automation processes, in ActiveCampaign.
7. Optional but highly desirable – WOOCommerce
– Creating and updating products
– Scheduling sales and coupons
-managing WOO subscriptions
-creating custom checkout links
Mandatory:
-must have functional and turned on camera for all meetings
-must be available to work from 9am to 5pm CT
Fluent in english written and spoken
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in WordPress and CRM systems, specifically ActiveCampaign.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
