Virtual Assistant for Online Women’s Boutique

Our online women’s fashion boutique is seeking a talented and creative part-time virtual assistant. If you have a knack for creating engaging content, designing eye-catching graphics, and driving customer engagement through social media, we want to hear from you! You will also assist with personal tasks related to the owner’s influencer activities.

**Responsibilities (may include but not limited to):**

– Manage social media engagement, schedule posts, and create interactive content.
– Generate content ideas and bring them to life.
– Create compelling content including Reels and TikToks.
– Design graphics for the website, social media, and email campaigns.
– Utilize platforms such as Klaviyo, Canva, Shopify, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LikeToKnowIt (LTK).
– Create lifestyle content that resonates with our target audience.
– Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other short-form content.
– Develop and execute email campaign marketing strategies.
– Optimize Pinterest for increased visibility and engagement.
– Assist with personal tasks related to the owner’s activities, including influencer tasks such as creating graphics and linking content via LTK.
– Perform SEO tasks to improve website visibility and write blog posts to drive organic traffic.
– Write SEO-optimized product descriptions for Shopify.
– Maintain a high standard of graphic design across all platforms.

**Requirements:**

– Strong graphic design skills with high knowledge of Canva.
– Proficient in creating engaging social media content, including Reels and TikToks.
– Experience with email marketing platforms, especially Klaviyo.
– Excellent English and written communication skills for product descriptions and SEO blog posts.
– Familiarity with Shopify and its SEO best practices.
– Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate linking.
– Ability to optimize Pinterest and manage LTK for affiliate marketing.
– Skilled in video editing for various platforms.
– Ability to generate creative content ideas and execute them effectively.
– Independent worker with good time management and organizational skills.
– Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
