### Job Overview

As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll represent our Operations and Growth teams, assisting in various tasks that help us stay efficient and capitalize on revenue opportunities. You’ll work remotely but closely with team members, startup founders, and various stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the realization of PAL’s mission.

### Key Responsibilities

#### Operations Support:
– Assist in organizing and maintaining digital files, databases, and reports.
– Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operational flows.
– Handle basic customer service queries, escalate as necessary, and monitor social media and other community forums.

#### Growth and Revenue Support:
– Conduct preliminary market research for lead generation.
– Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and sales presentations.
– Monitor and report on user engagement metrics.

#### Administrative Duties:
– Schedule meetings, webinars, and conference calls, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
– Take meeting minutes and distribute summaries to relevant stakeholders.
– Manage and track expenses, preparing basic financial reports.

#### Special Projects:
– Aid in executing special projects such as fundraising events, partnerships, or product launches.

#### Startup Environment:
Be prepared to wear multiple hats; flexibility and adaptability are key.
Quickly understand and act upon new tasks and priorities as they arise.

### Skills and Qualifications
– At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within tech, gaming or having worked in a startup before
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proactive and able to work independently with great energy and continuous communication
– Fast learner with a curiosity for continuous self-improvement; willingness to read training materials and books to stay updated.
– Exceptional presentation skills, capable of crafting and delivering compelling narratives to executives.
