Operations – Help build out and organize Notion, SOP Database and Training Video’s
Sales – Respond to incoming phone calls and Quote requests. Answer customer questions and build quote base on info from phone calls and website leads

Growth of these roles – Long run, I envision the above roles being separate with a VA serving as a supervisor to oversee other VA’s and Sales Reps that are onboarded to the team. Initially the VA would fill both rolls with the primary focus being responding to incoming sales leads. Both via phone, email and through our CRM Software. He/she would help build out a daily checklist of To/Do’s inside notion.

A VA / Virtual Sales Rep for our company needs to possess a range of key job characteristics to be effective and successful. These characteristics include:

• CRM Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines. (We us a CRM called Markate and can train but overall general knowledge of CRM’s is a benefit)
• Customer Service Orientation: Focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
4. Tech Savvy
• Digital Tools: Familiarity with digital communication tools
o Notion
o Slack
o Email
o Messenger
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Organizational Skills
• Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
6. Self-Motivation and Discipline
• Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
