Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and help operate and scale a service similar to Credit Rent Boost. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, operations management, digital marketing, and administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide detailed information about the service, processes, and benefits.
• Operations Management:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the service.
• Monitor and manage service workflows to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with landlords and tenants to facilitate rent reporting.
• Digital Marketing:
• Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Develop content for social media, blog posts, and newsletters.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Manage and organize files and documents.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Handle data entry and maintain databases.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on service performance and customer feedback.
• Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
• Education and or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or real estate industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical Requirements:
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• A computer with updated software and a webcam for virtual meetings.
• A quiet and professional workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with rent reporting services or credit reporting agencies.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
