Responsibilities:
Customer Success:
• Provide exceptional customer support to high-profile executive clients in the tech industry.
• Communicate fluently in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Follow up with clients and prospects to keep engagements on track and maintain relationships.
Business Operations:
• Identify and implement operational improvements and automation opportunities.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and optimize processes.
• Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in our CRM system.
Social Media Management:
• Conduct research, create, and manage posts on social media platforms.
• Engage with followers and manage interactions to build a strong online presence.
Content Creation:
• Research and write compelling content for newsletters, blogs, and social media posts.
• Ensure all written content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
Technical Support:
• Manage and optimize automation workflows using tools like Zapier and .
• Implement automations in Notion to streamline business processes.
Meeting Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
• Send follow-up emails and manage calendar invites.
Administrative Support:
• Handle various administrative tasks that logically fit into this role to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain organized records and manage files effectively.
Required Skills:
Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong understanding of tech concepts, with the ability to explain them clearly.
Business aptitude with experience in operations automation, data analysis, and process improvement.
Proven experience with social media management, including research, posting, and engagement.
Proactive in following up with clients and ensuring projects stay on track.
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills and CRM management experience.
Ability to research and write high-quality content for newsletters and other communications.
Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier and , and implementing automations in Notion.
