Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, disciplined, and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage our outreach and collaboration efforts on multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience or a keen interest in affiliate marketing and influencer marketing, and will help us find and work on opportunities for collaborations between our partnered brands and our influencers.

Responsibilities:

Platform Engagement:

Build and manage outreach templates for brands on our engagement platform.
Follow up with brands to maintain and grow relationships.
Relay campaign briefs to the appropriate team members for further outreach to content creators.
Facebook Outreach:

Conduct outreach on Facebook to connect with potential content creators interested in product evaluations.
Manage communications and ensure timely follow-up.
Fiverr Management:

Handle inbound brand messages on Fiverr, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Manage gigs to ensure they are on track and completed on time.
Grow our Fiverr presence by delivering high-quality work and earning positive reviews.
Additional Outreach:

Identify and reach out to brands on Facebook that are offering collaboration opportunities.
Manage communications and negotiations both on the platform and offline as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.
Experience with outreach and managing communications on multiple platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing.
Previous experience managing outreach campaigns and building relationships with brands.
