Job Description

**Overview**

I’m seeking a Virtual Assistant with a strong focus on PPC marketing to assist in a range of paid media tasks. A solid understanding of Google Sheets, Slides, and ChatGPT is also desirable. No specific days of work are required, so long as the hours are completed within the week and the candidate is flexible in rare cases for a fast turnaround, if/when required. Note that this role is not client-facing.

**Core Responsibilities**

– Keyword Research: Utilize specialized tools to conduct extensive keyword research for PPC campaigns.
– Campaign Structuring: Develop organized and effective PPC campaign structures, from keyword-to-ad group arrangements to social media audience suggestions.
– Ad Copy Creation: Generate tailored ad copy to suit each unique campaign. This will be split between search and social copy (e.g. Meta).
– Strategy Plans: Compose comprehensive paid media marketing strategies for clients.

**Additional Responsibilities**

– Reporting: Use Google Sheets to create and analyze insightful client reports.
– Performance Analysis: Summarize campaign performance in preparation for my client meetings.
– System Improvement: Recommend enhancements to existing processes.
– Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform competitor analysis, trend research, tracking setup (training required if needed), and other additional tasks as required.

**Required Skills**

– Strong expertise in PPC marketing
– Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
– Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides
– Familiarity with ChatGPT for workflow enhancement (used with careful oversight)

**Onboarding**

The initial week involves a trial task to ensure you have the correct competencies. Upon successful selection, a contract will be sent and real tasks will be assigned. Detailed onboarding information will be shared with the chosen candidate.

Note: This is a remote, part-time position requiring a commitment of 14 hours per week.
