Virtual Assistant for part time work as a Concert Booking Manager and Marketing/Social Media Specialist

I am looking for an organised and creative Virtual Assistant for part time work as a Concert Booking Manager and Marketing/Social Media Specialist with Design skills.
I am a full-time Musician and Artist and your initial main job will be to book concerts for my upcoming tours.
Main Tasks include:
Researching music venues, festivals, and other concert locations and creating a database,
consolidating databases I have already created,
Managing concert calendar,

Emailing concert venues, pitching and following up regularly.
Negotiating the price and deals.
Communicating with Venues and Event planners and Sending Tech and catering riders, press kits and contracts.
Creating Facebook invites.
Entering all concert info into the necessary platforms.
Creating Meta ads for the events targeted toward my target audience.
When needed, organising accommodations for tours.
Secondary Tasks:
Creating and managing Ads for tours, and merch,
Assisting in planning social media posts,
Creating print on demand merch,
Updating my art shop,
Assisting in running Sales,
Creating lead generators for target audience in cities I will be touring.
Skills must include:
Excellent English skills

Great organisational skills
Experience with creating Spreadsheets
Experience with ChatGPT
Great communication skills
Experience and success with lead generation and Meta Ads
Photoshop experience
Video Editing experience
The initial work and main work will be booking and managing my concerts for my upcoming tours for this year. After that we will be working to make sure tours are booked 6 months in advance.
Additionally I will need help with running Meta ads for my tours and products I am selling. Also I will need assistance with making sure my content is getting posted to various social media channels and on my website and blog.
