Qualifications:
• Neutral English Accent.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of real estate management is a plus.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Tasks:
Administrative
· Travel planning
· Calendar & inbox management
· Appointment scheduling
· Product & service research
· Online shopping
· Paying bills online
Social media
· Content Research
· Light photo/graphic editing & design (ex: Canva)
· Scheduling of LinkedIn posts
· Monitor LinkedIn account and respond to comments, messages and connection requests in a timely and professional manner
· Analyze social media metrics and provide weekly reports on social media growth
· Implement the company’s social media growth strategy
Real estate
· Input rental payments & expenses
· Scheduling repair appointments
· Communicating with tenants
· Sending monthly reports
