We personalise and print photos, designs and logos directly onto artisan marshmallows. Think of us for large-scale, private-label corporate and gifting requirements.
We are experiencing rapid growth in our on-line business as well as with our corporate clients for promotional gifts.
Our business has two main sides:
1 – Customers visit our website/partners and order a marshmallow photo gift for a birthday/anniversary etc and we deliver this directly to their friend or family member through the mail.
2 – We produce fun and exciting colorful marshmallows with business;s logos on them, for marketing and events etc. e.g. Marriott Hotels or Nintendo etc.
We are based in Glasgow, Scotland in the United Kingdom.
Job Spec:
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual with great attention to detail to create listings on various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Ebay, Not On The High Street and Etsy.
List build – Using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn to gain contact details for potential trade customers.
Using Freshsales (CRM) to email bulk emails and get leads.
Social Media – The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling/posting items on social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. All with a view of expanding our direct to consumer and B2B reach.
The candidate should also be familiar with WordPress and woo commerce as our main website is based on this.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis
With our direction research and identify new product opportunities based on market trends, Key words.
Product Listings
Manage the product listings on our online stores/channells, ensuring that all product descriptions and mock-ups are accurate and up-to-date.
Develop and post compelling and informative product descriptions that highlight the features and benefits of our products.
Post and optimise product listings on our online store and platforms, including product descriptions, pricing, and images.
Collaborate to ensure product quality, inventory management, and shipping logistics are in line with customer expectations.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and addressing any issues that arise.
Social Media:
Develop and implement an Instagram strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals and objectives .
Create and curate content that is visually appealing, on-brand, and engaging (including posts, Instagram stories and reels)
Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on Instagram in a timely and professional manner Launch and set up and manage Tik Tok shop and Ads.
The Person
Experience in setting up changing, managing listings, stores, etc on Etsy, Amazon. Able to manage all tasks related to the platforms.
Proven experience as an Instagram Social Media Manager or similar role Excellent knowledge of Instagram and its features, algorithms, and best practices Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative content ideas
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluent English is a must.
Be able to work independently.
Have experience with social media LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
