Job Details:

Hourly Pay: $5
Weekly Hours: 20 to 40
Responsibilities:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our presence and engaging with potential clients through Instagram. Your focus will be reaching out to more real estate agents and boosting our company’s visibility. Your daily tasks will include:

Utilizing Instagram’s search functions to find prospective local clients.
Implementing engagement strategies to raise company awareness among real estate agents.
Responding to messages and inquiries from interested agents.
Utilizing project management software to compile and organize outreach efforts and results.
Client Email Management:
Monitor and manage our photography business’s email accounts, promptly responding to inquiries, requests, and client communications. Organize and prioritize incoming emails, flagging urgent matters, and forwarding relevant information to the appropriate team members. Maintain professional and clear email correspondence with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Job Coordination and Quality Control:

Liaise with the photo editing team to communicate specific editing requirements and ensure timely delivery of edited photos.
Review and assess photo quality to ensure adherence to our company’s standards and client expectations.
Coordinate with clients to deliver finalized photos, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
Maintain a system for organizing and securely delivering photos to customers, keeping track of delivery status and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Potential for Growth:
As we progress, our goal is to further automate aspects of our business, creating opportunities for growth and promotions within the company.
