Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to remotely join a Physical Therapy team in New Mexico. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication with patients and maintaining accurate medical records. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, appointment setting, and managing provider schedules.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth scheduling and accurate record-keeping.
Maintain provider schedules, optimizing efficiency while accommodating patient needs and preferences.
Be the welcoming voice of our practice, handling incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
Address patient inquiries promptly and knowledgeably, providing information and assistance with a caring touch.
Requirements:
Proven experience in medical front office duties.
Strong understanding of insurance policies, benefits, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using EMR systems and insurance portals, experience with Clinicient EMR is a plus.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
