Job Description:
We are seeking Virtual Assistants with expertise in Shopify, Canva, and ChatGPT to join our team. As a VA, your primary responsibility will be to add products to our Shopify store and enhance the customer shopping experience through engaging product descriptions and titles. In addition, you will utilize ChatGPT to create compelling and persuasive product descriptions that captivate our customers’ interest.
Responsibilities:
Add new products to our Shopify store, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, including product descriptions, titles, pricing, and images.
Utilize ChatGPT to generate creative, accurate, and appealing product descriptions that highlight the key features, benefits, and uniqueness of each product.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching ad creatives for Facebook ads to promote the newly added products.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product information, descriptions, and images are accurate, consistent, and meet our brand standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices for product presentation and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with Shopify and Canva, with a strong understanding of product management and e-commerce platforms.
Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI-based language models for generating product descriptions is highly preferred.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and spelling.
Strong creativity and ability to write persuasive, engaging product descriptions that appeal to our target audience.
Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
A passion for fashion and a good understanding of the latest trends in the clothing industry.
Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
