Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support across various tasks. This role involves handling social media content posting, calendar management, Trello board organization, client showings scheduling, Excel sheet management, and assistance with personal tasks. Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Post content that will be provided on four social media accounts daily. (You must be available daily in order to be considered)

Calendar Management:
Add and manage daily time blocks efficiently.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines.

Trello Board Organization:
Create and maintain Trello boards to track and prioritize projects.
Ensure project-related tasks are organized and up-to-date.

Client Showings:
Schedule property showings for clients.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth scheduling.

Google Sheets Management:
Update and maintain organized Google sheets for efficient data tracking.

Personal Task Assistance:
Conduct research for personal tasks such as hotel and flight bookings.
Provide support for various ad-hoc personal requirements.

Qualifications:
Must be able to work independently and to make sure that we stay on top of daily tasks
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (IG, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook)
Familiarity with Trello and Google Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
