Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline operations, manage financial tasks, and ensure efficient property management. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent communication and organization within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Bill Payment:
•Manage and organize all financial transactions, including bill payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
•Ensure timely payments of utilities, property taxes, and other bills related to real estate properties.
2. Data Entry and Budgeting:
•Create and maintain accurate data entries for budgeting and financial planning.
•Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3. Communication Management:
•Organize and maintain communication platforms such as Slack and email to ensure smooth information flow within the team.
•Filter and prioritize emails, responding to routine inquiries on behalf of the company when necessary.
4. Maintenance Requests:
•Handle and log maintenance requests from tenants, ensuring prompt resolution.
•Coordinate with maintenance personnel and contractors for property repairs and upkeep.
5. Property Management:
•Assist in property management tasks, including lease agreements, tenant screening, and move-in/move-out procedures.
•Maintain property records and documentation.
6. Google Sheets:
•Proficiency in Google Sheets to create and manage spreadsheets for various tasks, including financial tracking and reporting.
7. Administrative Support:
•Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meetings.
8. Reporting:
•Generate and update reports related to property performance, occupancy rates, and financial status.

Qualifications:
•Previous experience in real estate or property management is a strong advantage.
•Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
•Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
•Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Additional Information:
•This is a remote position, and the candidate must have a suitable home office setup.
•Full-time or part-time positions may be considered, depending on the candidate’s availability.
