Job Description

We are a dynamic and growing real estate office seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. Our focus is on providing exceptional service to our clients by effectively managing and nurturing real estate leads. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our lead generation and follow-up process, ensuring that no opportunity is missed and our clients receive the best possible support.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily incoming real estate leads promptly and professionally.
Initiate phone calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries, providing accurate information about available properties and services.
Nurture and maintain relationships with existing leads, ensuring timely and relevant follow-ups.
Assist in cold calling potential leads, introducing our services, and generating new business opportunities.
Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and address their questions and concerns effectively.
Utilize our CRM system, Real Geeks, to manage, organize, and update lead information and interactions.
Collaborate with the real estate team to provide support in lead management and coordination of appointments.
Assist in administrative tasks related to lead generation, including data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling.
Qualifications:

Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
Previous experience working in a real estate office, with a strong understanding of lead management and client interactions.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and through written communication.
Comfortable with making cold calls and handling objections while maintaining a positive attitude.
Familiarity with Real Geeks or similar CRM systems is a significant advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage and update lead information accurately.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
