We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. This remote position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional in the real estate industry, particularly in real estate wholesaling, lead generation, property business management, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Real Estate Wholesaling and Lead Generation:
– Conduct cold calls to clients/potential leads and prospects.
– SMS Blasting and Open letter Mail marketing to potential leads
– Implementing effective real estate analysis techniques to identify profitable deals.
– Utilizing various methods for list finding and skip tracing to generate high-quality leads.
– Managing and organizing lead databases for efficient follow-ups and communication.
2. Property Business Management:
– Managing property listings on platforms like Airbnb, , Vrbo, Homeaway, etc.
– Handling guest inquiries, reservations, and bookings.
– Coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning services.
– Ensuring properties are well-maintained and addressing guest concerns promptly.
3. General Administrative Support:
– Providing administrative assistance, including email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.
– Assisting with document preparation, contracts, and correspondence.
– Conducting research and compiling reports as needed.
– Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of work experience in real estate wholesaling and lead generation.
– Proficiency in cold calling, real estate analysis, list finding, skip tracing, running comparables, and other lead generation techniques.
– Excellent command of English with an American accent.
– Proven track record in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
– Must have a reliable internet connection for remote work.
– Proficient in using relevant software and tools for real estate analysis and property management, but not limited to
– Propstream, Google Voice, line2, propwire, etc.
– Experience in property business management, including platforms like Airbnb, , Vrbo, Homeaway, etc.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Availability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Work Schedule:
– Work Days – Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat
– Work Hours – 02:00 PM – 07:00 PM EST
Benefits:
– Salary: $2 – $4 per hour (depending on skill level)
