Position Summary: As a Virtual Assistant for Recruitment and Logistics Coordination, you will play a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and managing new contractors and helpers to enhance our delivery operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can create and implement systems to streamline recruitment processes, ensure proper documentation, and maintain organized records. You will also be responsible for crafting job postings, reaching out to potential candidates through various forums, and overseeing the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified contractors and helpers for our last-mile delivery operations.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings to screening candidates and conducting initial interviews.
Ensure all contractors and helpers have the required documentation and that these documents are securely saved and organized.
Implement systems and processes to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and documentation management.
Actively reach out to potential candidates through job forums, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to identify staffing needs and manage schedules.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and contractor management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, logistics, or a related field, preferably within the delivery or trucking industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
