Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in sourcing profitable rental properties, managing multiple listings, and providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, the VA will act as a personal assistant to the CTO, managing his personal calendar, communications, and various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Property Management:
– Source and evaluate potential rental properties using tools like AirDNA.
– Cold call landlords and negotiate rental agreements.
– Create, optimize, and manage listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, , and Google Vacations.
– Monitor booking trends and adjust pricing to maximize occupancy and profitability.
– Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and reviews to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
– Personal Assistance:
– Manage the CTO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders.
– Handle email correspondence and communications.
– Organize personal appointments and travel plans.
Required Skills:
– Technical Proficiency:
– Expertise in Airbnb platform management and other rental listing sites.
– Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
– Communication & Organization:
– Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
– High attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Tools & Software Familiarity:
– Familiarity with property management software and booking tools.
– Experience with tools like AirDNA for market analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in rental arbitrage or property management.
– Experience working as a virtual assistant, preferably for clients in the real estate or hospitality sectors.
– Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
