Virtual Assistant for SEO and Website Management

Fabulous Dentistry is a leading cosmetic dentistry practice looking for a talented and experienced virtual assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for dentistry, a talent for search engines (SEO), and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for optimizing our website for search engines (SEO) and managing various aspects of our online presence.

Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
Optimize website content for mobile devices and desktop, meta tags, and images for SEO purposes.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
Perform regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues.
Assist in the creation and optimization of landing pages, funnels and blog posts.
Manage our social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEO and website management.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant in a similar role, with a strong background in SEO and website management.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent English skills (grammar, spelling and verbal)
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
Experience with click funnels is a plus.
